Order about two weeks out and you're safe. We ship within 24–48 hours and delivery usually runs 3–5 business days — roughly a week door to door — so two weeks gives you a full buffer for a slow week at the carrier.
Cutting it closer than that? Email hello@mizupak.com with your event date before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether it'll make it. I'd rather talk you out of a sale than have your pack turn up the day after EDC.

Our customers pack a wallet, phone, makeup, a pashmina and a change of clothes — plus a hand fan in each side pocket. The 1.5L bladder lifts out separately, and the insulated lining keeps condensation off everything else.

30 days, unused, with the bladder still sealed — and return shipping is on you. Two honest reasons for that. We're small, and covering return postage on every order is money that comes out of making the next batch. And a bladder is something you drink out of, so once it's been used we can't sell it to anybody else.
You're hearing it here rather than finding out at the door, which is the whole point.
Yes — the bladder and hose aren't attached to the bag, so they're easy to replace. If yours arrives with a defect, email hello@mizupak.com and we'll sort it. If it's damaged from normal wear or an accident, you can purchase a replacement.
